I watched a movie recently about a young man with PTSD. It also followed the life trails of several more characters. It was a good movie and highlighted how hard it was for younger people to break into different fields.
The images I have up here are mostly from 2016 to now. I have previously had images for sale from 2008 and on. I rely on public transportation so all that I have shot in neighborhoods and big box plant nirvanas have been on foot. I am a young 72 but I am still done with that. All the walking, staying up late to edit them, relying on bottles of SB to keep me awake all night. I have submitted images to all of the stock image companies. I even sold some on Corbis, Alamy, Getty and a few other that are gone. Created many online galleries and shipped images off to sites specializing in freelancers for publishing in books, stock and cards etc.
My images here are not for sale. I am not looking for competition and trying to swipe any jobs from anyone, younger or otherwise. I love what I do and when I go through my images looking for something the time, effort, work and expense it took to shoot them is easy to remember.
I love what I do, I do it and I share it. It is that simple.
I love what I do, I do it and I share it. I guess that I should add that I do it now not to the expense of my health and wellbeing. Sometimes I go out with a camer and sometimes I do not.
Please enjoy the photography here.
